Each month, JAMfest will select four JAMstarz to highlight on our website. We're looking for the following four winners:
Cheerleader of the Month
Dancer of the Month
Coach of the Month
Team of the Month
Who can win a JAMstarz award?
Anyone! Your favorite cheerleader, dancer, coach or team!
How does someone win a JAMstarz award?
Please use the online nomination form below or download the printable form to nominate an individual or team that you think is deserving of a JAMstarz award! Make sure to explain why the person or group you are nominating is a true star in the spirit world!
When are nomination forms due?
Deadlines are listed on the top of the nomination form. All forms and photographs (optional) must be received by the JAMfest office by the listed dates.
Does it cost anything to nominate an individual or team for a JAMstarz award?
No! Nominations are FREE! We encourage everyone to participate!
Who picks the JAMstarz winners?
All decisions will be made by JAMfest Events, Inc. and its staff.
When and where will the winners be posted?
All winners will be posted by the 10th of the following month and will be posted below.
How do I submit my nomination form and photo?
You can submit your nomination form online by clicking the link below, or you can download the printable form and mail or fax it to the JAMfest office. If you would like to submit a photo to accompany your nomination, email it to jamstarz@jamfest.com Make sure to note the name of the nominee when sending your photo.
