Thanks for deciding to join us in Charlotte, NC for The Thrill JAM at The Charlotte Convention Center on October 11, 2008.  We appreciate your support in JAMfest Events!

Our performance venue is AWESOME!  There are plenty of seats for spectators, the practice area is in the back of the hall, and the performance area will be on a stage with awesome lighting! All this will be taking place in Hall B of The Charlotte Convention Center.  There is plenty of parking for the convention center at The Westin Hotel and The Hilton Hotel.

As always, we want to make the Thrill JAM a very positive, FUN and relaxed event for you!  From registration and check-in to the final awards ceremonies, JAMfest continues to strive to provide an overall STRESS-FREE experience!  Check out this great stuff!

	GREAT PERFORMANCE VENUE! - Plenty of seating, JAM-Zone Fan Seating, and amazing lighting are just a few things you'll experience at The Thrill JAM!
	GREAT ATTRACTIONS! - Want to do more than just the competition? Charlotte has tons to see and do! Make sure to visit Lowe’s Motor Speedway, Carolina Place Mall and Fuel Pizza across from the convention center which has some of the best pizza around. FUN!
	FREE ADMISSION! – Admission to all JAMfest Events is FREE! No participant or spectator passes are needed. Bring everyone for free to help support your team!
	VIDEOTAPING IS ALLOWED! – JAMfest will allow you to videotape all performances! Bring your cameras!
	FREE INFLATABLE FUN! – The Jammyland Inflatable is TONS of fun and will be available FREE for all participants and spectators!
	SPECIALTY AWARDS! – In addition to all of the other AWESOME overall awards, JAMfest will be awarding several Specialty Awards throughout the weekend.

GENERAL EVENT SCHEDULE - This schedule is an overall picture of the weekend at The Thrill JAM.  Please notice that we have provided you with a division block start time ONLY at this point. 

PERFORMANCE ORDER - The performance order will be randomly drawn for each division.  Your exact practice and performance times will be given to you at coaches check-in OR this information will be available on the website no later than October 7th. 

ARRIVAL, PERFORMANCE & PRACTICE INFO - This important information will give you some “whens and wheres” and other things that will make your day at The Thrill JAM much easier and more relaxed.

DIRECTIONS TO THE CHARLOTTE CONVENTION CENTER - The Charlotte Convention Center’s address is 501 South College Street, Charlotte, NC 28202.  Parking is available at the Hilton Hotel and the Westin Hotel.  The Hilton Hotel parking will cost approximately $16.00 per day and the Westin Hotel parking will cost approximately $2.00 per hour.  

RULES & REGULATIONS - Make sure your routines are up-to-date with all JAMfest Guidelines and the USASF rules and restrictions!  NOTE:  All music must be in CD or MP3 player format...we will not be accepting tapes!

Note: WARNING: Strobes, fog and other special effects may be used in the production of JAMfest Events.
