The JAMfest in Louisville, KY on September 27-28, 2008 is an awesome Mega JAM Event!  This is JAMfest's inaugural event that started 14 years ago! WOW!  We appreciate your support of this event! Here are just a few things that make this event GREAT with tons of teams!

Our performance site is AWESOME!  This professional baseball stadium is state-of-the-art and seats over 13,000 spectators.  The stadium also has great lighting which will be utilized both in the morning and evening parts of the competition!  Our performance mat will be placed on top of a special sports surface (nearly 50' deep by 60' wide).  The flow of teams will be the same as in the past.  If you have never been to this event, plenty of directional signs will be posted to help you out. 

There are plenty of covered seats for spectators and the practice area is indoors.  The event will go on… RAIN, SNOW or SHINE!  We fully intend on completing the event at Louisville Slugger Field, however in the unlikely event of serious rain, we will conduct the event at the Kentucky International Convention Center.  If the decision is made to move the event indoors, an announcement will be posted on the homepage of the JAMfest website by Thursday, September 25th at 5 pm. 

As always, we want to make the JAMfest a very positive, FUN and relaxed event for you!  From registration and check-in to the final awards ceremonies, JAMfest continues to strive to provide an overall STRESS-FREE experience!  Check out this great stuff!

	FREE ADMISSION – Once again, Admission to all JAMfest Events is FREE!  No participant or spectator passes are needed. Bring everyone for free to help support your team!
	SUPER-HUGE KIDS AREA! – Two Jammyland inflatables and a playground are just a couple of the things that everyone can experience for FREE at The JAMfest!
	VIDEOTAPING IS ALLOWED! – JAMfest will allow you to videotape all performances! Bring your cameras!
	ENTRANCE AND EXIT POINTS! – Once again, you can enter and exit from either the east side OR the west side. This will greatly help with the flow of people in the concourse!
	SPECIALTY AWARDS! – In addition to all of the other AWESOME overall awards, JAMfest will be awarding several Specialty Awards throughout the weekend.

GENERAL EVENT SCHEDULE - This schedule is an overall picture of the weekend at The JAMfest.  Please notice that we have provided you with a division block start time ONLY at this point. 

PERFORMANCE ORDER -  The performance order will be randomly drawn for each division.  Your exact practice and performance times will be given to you at coaches’ check-in OR this information will be available on the website no later than September 23rd.

RULES & REGULATIONS - Make sure your routines are up-to-date with all JAMfest Guidelines and the USASF rules and restrictions!  NOTE:  All music must be in the form of a CD or IPOD/MP3 PLAYER ONLY! No tapes are allowed.
